That's my Philips Philicorda Organ, it has a really cool 60ies organ sound...
It was also available as "Philicorda portable", for 1980DM (=$1250)
in the 60ies
It has three Harmonics, 16', 8', 4' and five voices VOX I-V, vibrato and
reverberation settings
