Welcometo my Tesla Coil Page. This page is about Tesla Transformers,
also called Tesla Coils. Tesla Coils are high frequency and high voltage devices. They are
able to produce voltages of 100kV and far above at frequencies ranging from 50kHz to
500kHz. With a Tesla coil you can make your own lightning at home.
My page describes the coils I have built up to now. It also offers some theory and information about
construction. And, of course, there are photos of the coils in action. |

IMPORTANT Voltages and currents that are used with tesla coils may be lethal and you only should attempt to build a coil, if you are experienced with high voltage.
