* Modem support

You can now use your modem to connect to a provider. At the moment
this works only with PAP or CHAP authentication, not with manual
login. If nobody complains about this, I guess I won't change it.

* Signal, when line goes up or down

You can provide a pid to connect to let this process be signalled each
time the line goes actually up or down. Check the README to see how it
works.

* disconnect can close all active connections

You can now call disconnect without any parameters and it will close
all active connections.
